Two years ago I contracted with them too fix a water leak in my front window. After removing all the stucco, and both windows(upstairs and downstairs), they stated they found the source of the leak. Stated they repaired it and replaced the stucco and windows. A couple of months went by which went right into monsoon season. The whole team at Titan were great. Brenda was readily available and was quick on follow up items, Jeremy helped to ensure scope changes made on the fly were executed, and Jose, Steve & Mike all showed up on time and kept the whole project on track while being very considerate of our home, our belongings, and sanity. There were 5 total rooms affected by the flood we had and this team completed closet rebuilds (Carpentry), patching, texturing, and painting drywall etc. They were all really friendly and respectable as well.
I recently worked with Titan for a full restoration after water damage, and their service was exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth, well‑managed process.
