They truly went above and beyond and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Excellent work getting rid of mold and repairing the resultant damage to the floors. The whole process was easy and they were great with communication, fairness, and accommodating my needs to get the job done and done right!

I work with Eden. He was very accommodating patient and explaining the process to me walking me through each step and making sure his crew delivered. They were hard workers did everything they said, and I would highly recommend them. They took time to protect my property and did a very thorough job.

We had a leak under our kitchen island with sink. It lead to us needing to rip it completely down due to mold growing on the wood. Titan was able to successfully identify that the leak was coming from our hot water pipe and provided us with various options for us to consider, while weighing the risks and benefits to each option.
