We uncovered a moisture/mold issue when having a new laminate floor installed. We were strongly advised to avoid companies that provide BOTH testing & remediation. While this advice makes sense on the surface, it doesn't play out in real life. An "independent" tester came to our home at a cost of $450. I contacted this company because of a leak that I had in a bedroom ceiling. I was told that there would be a $450 charge to locate the source, but that the payment would be applied to the repair and I agreed to these terms. By the time the technician came out to my home, I had already identified the source of the leak and I showed it to the technician. I had the opportunity to do business with a company that takes pride in the work they do. Eden, and his administrative staff was extremely polite and professional. When he mentioned that his lead technician would be meeting with me I was a bit skeptical because of our agreement on my contract. However, I can see why Eden has Fanel overseeing the projects. A+ service and work. The crews were punctual, skillful, helpful and couldn't be nicer! Home repair and restoration after water and mold damage is very stressful. Titan eased the way to a very good conclusion! I highly recommend them!
