It is very disappointing to pay for siding that does not hold up for at least one year. Most disappointing is the lack of response to have a repair made to the siding. I have tried for 1 month to have a repair completed that I have been told would not take very long to complete. This company has shown a total disregard for costumer service and willingness to adhere to their warranty.

Per the customer’s own report, a piece of siding blew off in a storm. This is an act of God; not an installation issue, nor anything that would be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. A report for storm damage should be made to the customer’s insurance company.
SIding installation went well. The installation team was quick, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Would use again/will recommend.
The workers from Alside were polite and skilled in their trade. Communication was above par throughout the process. Quick turnaround time

titan remodling took my 1000.00 dollar deposit and did nothing. Unethical business practice in my opinion.They backed out of my contract with me and is delaying my refund for more than 2 months and still haven't received my deposit yet, I was informed they hade no money so they used my deposit on other jobs I was told, do not use this contracter unless you want to here excuses.Im a veteran and it takes me a long time to save money for this type of project.
I hired Titan to replace the windows on the front of my home. I had previously received 2 other estimates. While Titan was not the lowest estimate, I don't mind paying more for quality work and not having to worry about problems down the line. I met with Carlos C on 5/21/2017. I can say with confidence that I will be recommending Titan Remodeling for window replacement. I had 14 Simonton windows installed and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Carlos is a true gentleman, and knows his trade. The installer Jeffrey was efficient and respectful of my home. The owner Preston completed a walk through once the installation was complete. These folks take pride in their work, and it shows.
