After having Rob complete several projects, we had total confidence in his ability to do an excellent job at a reasonable price. We asked if he would be willing to take on a complete demolition and renovation of our 2 aging, problematic bathrooms. This was an unappealing prospect at best. By lucky happenstance, we signed up for Titan Property Services to do our plowing last winter. We were so impressed by Rob and Matt's dependability that we arranged for some repair work on our house this summer. There were several large repair and paint areas on our wood siding and windows. We also had them build some new front steps.While working on the house, Rob uncovered several additional items not noticed in our house inspection.
