Gave one star but wanted to give them a 0. Called them to quote burying a 500lb tank to hook up to a pool heater we were going to be buying. In the future we were going to hook up a stove and a whole home generator. I was told it would be $99.00 for them to come out and look at the site. I told her that I was not going to pay out $99.00 to have them come out. She then lowered the cost and I ended up paying $66.83 for them to come out. This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. Last 4 deliveries were not met, and I was without gas for days. I am currently out of gas right now with no indication of when the deliver will occur. The company screwed up the repair to my tank and then once repaired did not put me back on route. Now I wait with zero updates. Truck was in my neighborhood today delivering to others and did not stop. do not use them. ED M
I am 81 years old (my daughter is helping me). Propane gas was ordered on November 21, 2022 for delivery within one week. An estimated time of delivery was not given. The gas was not provided the day of the delivery, nor phone call, or ringing of the doorbell. I received a message on my phone at 7:30 that the gas would not be delivered because of a dog (I didn't see the message until 4:00). I live in Pilot Grove, TX. Most of the people in my neighborhood are elderly. One neighbor, Sue Tyson ordered propane from Amerigas over twenty days ago. As of yesterday 11/28/22, no gas. Now the person who took the order gave her a price of $1.56 a gallon. This elderly person who relies on propane for heat and prepare meals has called more than four times. It is disgusting and I will never use this poorly managed company.
Absolutely the worse customer service. We are a commercial account and cannot seem to get a hold of the local office. I have been calling for two weeks for a delivery every time being promised it is on the way. Still no delivery and when I called back today and asked to speak with a supervisor the agent refused started speaking over me and then told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. This is a terrible way to keep business.
After four requests and waiting for three months I am still waiting for propane. I have spent over three hours on the phone trying to get a delivery of fuel. It has become ridiculous my next course of action is to “ask Ken”
Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered in my life. They made an error on my bill. Several customer Service agents (I had to call many times on the same issue) understood and agreed that an error was made; but were not authorized to rectify the situation. Absolutely the WORST company ever. They don’t show up to scheduled appointment, don’t call to tell you they are not going to show. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER PROPANE COMPANY OR
The regional office (who now schedule s the appointments) scheduled the appointment and told me I was the first appointment of the morning, between 8:30 and 9:00. At 9:30 I called the local office and was told they only go by an am or a pm appointment and do not give out specific times and the tech was out on a call already. I asked why he would not have come to my appointment first and she said if they get a public service request they service those ahead of any appointments.
