I cancelled my service with Titan Propane back in June 2018 because of their high gas prices and terrible accounting and website. It took until the middle of August to get a final accounting and statement which showed they owe me $581. I was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I would get a check. That is absolutely ridiculous! It is now 10 weeks from that promise, I still don't have my check and I can't even get a call into them because their phone line is always busy!
