I have been going to adult strength classes since the gym opened. Nathan is great and helped me gain many strength personal records. I really appreciate the early morning class, which fits well in my schedule. Grateful we have this gym in our community.
A small gym but well set up, with fantastic instructors, and a variety of classes. As a new person in town, it gave me a sense of community and felt very inclusive. Would recommend!
