My daughter has done a couple of Treadmill sessions and we can already see an improvement in her form and speed! Brayden has been incredible! I would highly recommend
I had a great experience for my first time. The night classes fit my schedule perfectly. Our instructor was excellent, relaxed environment to allow you to excel at your own pace. I am very grateful for the referral here. I am definitely going to become a regular.
I joined gym in late January. Scotty Lebouef is my instructor. He has help me loose weight, I feel great at almost 62 I have more energy, I've lowered my lowered my blood pressure. His classes are a mix of cardio and weight training. My life is changed. If it wasn't for Scotty I wouldn't be where I am today.

The Adult Group Fitness Classes at Titan are the perfect fit for me! I love that I can sneak in a workout during my lunch break. This is the only gym I've stuck with and been consistent with over the years. I've been enjoying the noon classes taught by Scotty and Liz and more recently the Powerlifting class with Vero. Scotty has kept me motivated with his encouragement, variety and adjustable workouts that have helped meet my personal needs and fitness goals. I could not recommend this gym enough.
