This was my first time here, and I was referred by someone—so I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. They didn’t even get my name right. When I sat down, the station was visibly dusty, which was already a red flag. What really shocked me was when the technician pulled out the nail clippers, used them to clip her own nails in front of me, and then used the same clippers on me.
