Unfortunately, I needed mold remediation in my basement. Kim and crew were knowledgeable, expedient, and helpful. I found few contractors that specialize in this work and even fewer that do it well. I highly recommend if you have to deal with mold.

This is my second time using Titan Mold Removal, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! I used them previously at our former home when my daughter‘s bedroom ceiling caved in due to unknown mold from a roof leak, and then recently hired them again for our current home, which we are now selling and mold was discovered in tight spaces from the inspection. We were very happy with the work that Kim and his crew did to our basement. They were prompt, professional and took the extra steps to make sure the mold was removed from our basement. I called Kim two weeks ago and today they left and my project is complete. I will hire them back for any other issues and future duct cleaning. His pricing was fair and his communication was top notch.

Requested a quote. Told them we were looking to sell the home and we wanted the work done cheaply and quickly. We were given a $17,000 quote, they suggested replacing all floors due to an incorrect installation, and then said they would send a list of supplies for us to purchase. I said I didn’t really want to replace all the flooring, but I asked for a detailed quote because we were given this number with no context.
