Requested a quote. Told them we were looking to sell the home and we wanted the work done cheaply and quickly. We were given a $17,000 quote, they suggested replacing all floors due to an incorrect installation, and then said they would send a list of supplies for us to purchase. I said I didn’t really want to replace all the flooring, but I asked for a detailed quote because we were given this number with no context. The truck that drove through the scene of an accident at the pilot in Dexter is something special, or at least he thinks so. Not around the accident, but thru it.
They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. They are hardworking and know mold and everything that goes with eradicating it! They were respectful of our property and our home and just good guys. Friendly, competent and finished the job early. They did not exceed their estimate, which in these economic times, means a great deal. They are an awesome company with a great group of workers.
