Brought my mother home from a dentist appointment this morning. A Titan Shredding truck was blocking the way to the door of the apartment lobby. The driver was in the truck, but wouldn’t move to let us through.

This company is not professional one of their employees threatened to “smack the shit out of me”, on my college campus Delaware Valley University. One of the employees name was Peter, he did not give me his last name. He was the one that said he was going to smack the shot out of me. This incident happen because he almost hit me with his company truck.
Pleasant, efficient, professional and GREAT customer service. Why are you still using shredders? This is so much better!
