After scheduling a service call they were very prompt with email updates and reminders as to when they were planning to stop by and then when they were on their way, very helpful! They came in and identified the problem right away and worked behind the scenes to offer me several options so I could choose the the best one that worked for me. The first thing that I appreciated about Titan Mechanical Services was that they text you when they’re on their way, and then send you a picture of the service tech that’s going to arrive at your home. Matt was the service tech that checked my AC system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a few options. I thought the pricing was very fair. I won’t hesitate to use Titan again. Tech came out to my house to charge my mini-split. I had everything installed, but needed to reflare one of the lines and reconnect it, which I didn't get to before the tech came. I wasn't home when the tech came. My roommate was. The tech couldn't figure out why his flare tool wouldn't fit. Couldn't figure out what size the line was. Then sent pics to his boss who decided they weren't going to work on my unit. The boss told me that the install was sloppy, didn't look good, was low quality, and didn't meet their standard. The inspection of my old AC unit by Matt and the replacement by Billy and Hayden were top notch. They explained everything honestly and gave me options. The work was done quickly without being rushed. The job done was professional and clean. I'm very happy with all of my interactions with the Titan team. Financing was simple and easy. I will recommend to others.
