Had a great experience with Jeff at Titan Mechanical. He was a direct and honest guy, didn't try to upsell us anything and wasn't "salesy", and was very helpful with any questions we had. Would certainly recommend and will use him in the future with any HVAC questions or concerns. We ordered a new AC unit through HSA home warranty and he made the process super seamless and easy.

Very unprofessional on the phone. I questioned person on phone and he took offense and got very rude on phone. Will never recommend to anyone. Extremely bad customer service skills.
