This is the absolute worst company I have ever had business with. Terrible customer service and very rude during my correspondence. They kept promising my product would be delivered and it never was and no communication. 5 months after they charged me for a product I never received, I finally cancelled. Severe waste of time. I called to inquire and the response was terribly rude. I will absolutely never use this company and urge anyone else to avoid Titan at all costs.

I ordered and paid for a Humminbird Mega 360 in May 2022, said it would ship in 2-3 weeks normally. After 6 months of patience, I canceled the order and finally found one at **** *** ***** Titan said they would refund if I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. The card company only disutes charges up to 60 days, it's been 6 months. They told me to get the refund from Titan and they giving me the runaround. Worst customer service on the planet. THEY WILL NOT RETURN OR ANSWER A PHONE CALL. This company should be sent to China, at least its not your fellow American screwing you. The owner responds only to the "to good to be true" reviews, and does not know how to run a business. I have called 30x over the last 5 weeks and not one answer or return phone call. Ordered depth finder. They charged my charge card on day 1. On day 30 when I received my credit card bill, I called and they responded it would be a 4 month wait. I cancelled the order and expected a refund on the charge card. No credit on the charge card as of day 60. Unable to reach anyone by phone and leaving many messages with none returned, I was sent an email. I purchased a trolling motor for 2800 for Titan Marine and the told me 4 wks. Then the emailed me and said possibly 12 to 14 wks. I said to cancel my order they said no problem, then was sent and email telling me that they cannot refund my money and to file a dispute with my bank??? What company operates this way??? I did file a dispute with my bank and Titan Marine is now not s responding bank to anyone. So I have to wait 45-60 days to possibly receive a refund!!

This company is all over on ****** but is absolutely terrible!! I bought a 2300 dollar trolling motor from them that didn't say out of stock. Pay the money then they send me a email saying it will ship in 2 to 3 weeks so I wait. 3 weeks later I start trying to contact them. LOL good luck they answered the phone 1 out of 20 calls. When she did answer I told them to cancel my order. Waited 2 more weeks still no cancelation. I'm still trying to get my money back 6 weeks later and had to go through my card company!! Purchased a trolling $2600 that said it would ship in 2-3 and was in stock. I've waited for a month and a half since the purchase date, May 15th. Never received an email after the purchase confirmation. I've attempted to call multiple times and sent an email with NO response, they say they'll respond within 24 hours. Every extension available says their receiving high call volumes and to please not leave multiple messages. After the purchase I found out multiple people have had issues with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a trolling motor from this company, It was completely miss represented. Product arrived and it looked used. Tried to call the company and all you get is a recording that says they will call back within 24hrs. After 7 days repeated calls and no answer I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you would like to order from this company please call ether of these numbers that they list before you do and you will see what I mean.

This company does not respond to emails or phone calls. They are a scam. There are multiple reviews on ******that are in agreement with my review. I just wish I would have read the reviews but I’m glad I only attempted to buy a remote instead of something more expensive . My order # *** ****
