I hate leaving negative reviews, but after nearly a full year of waiting, I feel it’s warranted. Titan Attachments has been polite in their responses, but unfortunately that’s where the positive experience ends. For the past year I’ve been told that my issue has been forwarded to the Product Development Team and that updates are coming. Ordered parts out of center point,IA location. They never ordered the parts! This week went in first thing on Monday morning to order parts I need to pay for shipping. They never got ordered till the next day. What kind of operation are you guys running. Really a poor place to do business with.would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
