Darren came out today on a Sunday to troubleshoot a problem with our baler. He was prompt and courteous. He found the problem quickly and resolved it immediately. Thankfully for his service we were able to get the hay baled up and didn't have to wait till Monday. He has been a great service rep for us over the many years he has been employed!
Darren was super fast and helpful. He also made sure we are set to be on the road and helped us fix a vibration on our vehicle!
