Terrible customer service. The only person that know anything about what they are doing is Juan in parts!!
The guys at the parts desk go out of their way to help you locate the parts you need. Always super helpful in locating the hard to find parts for my old CASE 480E. Beyond that, the folks in service and transportation did an excellent and affordable job refurbishing my busted transaxle gears on my old CASE 480E. Brad in Sales is hands down the most ethical, capable, and honest salesperson there is and was instrumental in me upgrading to a CASE 590 SM Backhoe.
