Cancelled last minute for our holiday party with no apology. Don't do it!
I have never been treated so rudely in my life. After my limo didn’t show up (after confirming via email and over the phone prior to the date), I called to check the status. I was yelled at on the phone and told no limo was coming. It was upsetting that my limo never arrived, but the worst part was how abrasive and unapologetic the owner was.
Cancelled last minute with no notice. Beware, reservations apparently mean nothing to this company. *owner response* notes a medical emergency that was only shared after feedback was left via this review. Our group was told over the phone that another party had broken glass in the vehicle the previous night and so the vehicle was not available.
