Placed an order. Received nothing. Tried both phone numbers numerous times, but didn't answer. Sent an email- no response. ?????
Outstanding customer service. Always able to find any product we need. Fantastic communication always keeping us updated with delivery dates, times and when products have been delivered. I would highly recommend! 5*
I place an order worth over £800 - no response. I send an email querying why I have had no response - again, no response. A week later, an email received stating my order is refunded - no explanation. What a shoddy service! I would have given 0 stars if I could.
