Every time it's time to renew my insurance, the rate just keeps going up! At first, they told me there was a rate increase for the entire state of Ohio. Then, when I got into a LITTLE fender bender where I BARELY scraped the other car's paint, much less dent it....they want me to renew with them for almost triple what I was paying!!! I started shopping around for quotes the same day, and I got one from Liberty Mutual for LESS than what I was paying here AND I told them all about my little fender bender. sold me wrong insurance needed sr22 bond they get paid for not knowing what they sell asked for a refund a couple days later took them 2 months to refund my money and due to them not canceling the insurance when i called they took out more money from the refund i told them i have proof of when i canceled they didnt need it cause they had the same date i canceled but they still took more money from the refund very dissapointed need i say more.

Filed claim by fax Monday am at 9 AM> All details included- policy number, my name, date time adn location of incide, other drivers and other vehicle detail. Ezxtent of damages.
