I had an excellent experience from the initial phone call to the time I picked up my vehicle. The customer service is great, the turnaround time was excellent and I even found the prices very good for a remote location. Stand out crew, the professionalism and expertise that was delivered when carrying out tasks was phenomenal. Happy and welcoming staff at the front counter that could cater to all of my needs and if they couldn't do it on site they pointed me in the direction to where I could get it sorted. Highly recommended workshop team, super delighted to have met "Jaylan" at the front counter.
Absolute scumbags. Took my patrol ute in to get the brakes bled. Charged me 3hrs labour $590 to diagnose the brake issue without even having to take a wheel off. Aaron (manager) then had a sook and became aggressive and told me to F&÷K OFF out the shop when I questioned the price. Steer clear.
