Expensive. Was quoted an 'upper limit' of 2 hours to fit a new starter motor, however when that time was exceeded I was charged for the additional time ($145/hour incl GST). Also was told the part would be picked up in Mackay as there was a run happening anyway, but was subsequently billed an additional unexpected $25 for freight. And finally, charged a further $17.50 (plus GST) for non-defined 'consumables'.
