I am extremely disappointed with the treatment of an elderly retired couple who were taken advantage of by this workshop. They own a 2015 Mazda BT-50 and were told by Titan Ind. Mechanical that their engine needed to be replaced. The workshop claimed that no replacement engines were available in all of Australia and insisted on rebuilding it — charging an outrageous $29,000 for the job. This workshop ripped off an elderly retired couple in the most disgusting way. They own a 2015 Mazda BT-50 and were told by Titan Ind. Mechanical & Auto Electrical that the engine was gone and there were no replacement motors available in all of Australia — a bold-faced LIE. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by Titan Ind. Mechanical & Auto Electrical, Gladstone. An innocent, elderly retired couple living in a caravan trusted these people with their 2015 Mazda BT-50. They were told the engine needed to be rebuilt and that no replacement motors were available across Australia — a complete lie. If I could give them a 0 I would terrible communication had my car double booked and expected me to wait with my sick 2 year old for the day. Very rude would not recommend at all
