If I could give them a 0 I would terrible communication had my car double booked and expected me to wait with my sick 2 year old for the day. Very rude would not recommend at all

The guys at Titan were fantastic!!! i’d waited two weeks for any auto electrician to come and look at my car from home. Titan squeezed me in right before good friday, even though they were so busy. One of there workers came out to look at my car. diagnosed it within 10 minutes. He suggested the most efficient and cheapest ways for me to fix it. Good job guys!
Daniel went above and beyond to help and sort out my problem,
Called up wanting an oil change, was told that it could be done at 11:30. When we came at 11:30 we were told the change would take 2 hours, totally fine. 2 hours later we come back to the truck UNTOUCHED. We ask them how long they will take to get started and we are told it will be another 2 HOURS. 4 hour wait for an oil change is pretty ridiculous.
