I am extremely disappointed with the treatment of an elderly retired couple who were taken advantage of by this workshop. They own a 2015 Mazda BT-50 and were told by Titan Ind. Mechanical that their engine needed to be replaced. The workshop claimed that no replacement engines were available in all of Australia and insisted on rebuilding it — charging an outrageous $29,000 for the job.
