My wife and I experienced some communication challenges with Titan Home Lending which led to the withdrawal of our application. There were many extenuating circumstances but I applaud Andy and Titan Home Lending for following up with us to discuss the short coming. He offered a sincere apology and expressed a genuine desire to learn and improve from the mistake. Adversity/challenges offer an excellent opportunity to express our true character. Andy's handling of our complaint is to be respected.
Terribly dishonest. My husband and I switched to another lender at the very last minute to save our transaction. We were given a direct example of how the process should go with an experienced and trusted lender. The new lender was able to give us an incredible experience and we secured our dream home!
