I called Titan Heating and Air on a Friday afternoon after suspecting that the thermostat in the home I had just moved into was not functioning properly. They gave me an 8 am appointment on Monday. Gannon, the technician, showed up right on time, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more polite young man. EDIT: I'm updating this after spending a couple years with Titan. They're my favorite local business, hands down. Ownership is honest and cares deeply about the quality of Titan's work. We called Titan based on reviews when our system started making a loud noise while running. Their technician, Gannon, came out promptly and checked the system thoroughly. Thankfully, it didn't need major repair and he gave us good advice on how to take care of the noise. No more noise! We really appreciate the fast, efficient and helpful service. So much so that we set up a regular maintenance service schedule with Titan.
I called late morning, on Tuesday 7/28/26, for an old Geothemal unit that stopped working durning a bad lightning storm the night before. Autumn and Jeff were very helpful and Jeff was able to come out within a couple hours. He took his time diagnosing the issue, which was a big puzzle and took some ingenuity. He was able to get our system up and running though and we’re really glad we called.
The technician was Pleasant. The service was fast. Middle of summer they came in an hour. Other services wanted 4 days. But it wasn't cheap but, what is?
