I am grateful to have found Titan Heating And Air and had Charlie and Josh serviced my system. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and detail oriented. They have discovered a major problem in my brand new system that was installed by another company and helped me get the whole situation resolved. I shall continue to have Titan service my system from now on. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and genuine care. I would recommend them to anyone.
During our winter maintenance, it was discovered due to yard drainage issues over the course of several years, (addressed recently), water had been getting underneath the house and had rotted some of the joists causing the air handler to lean backwards. This in turn was keeping the water from draining properly from it. Titan removed the air handler and my water heater, so the floor could be repaired. We have been using Titan for over 2 years. They have always been professional and very reasonable with cost. They come out once in the spring and once in the fall to make sure we are good to go. We have had no problems since we started using this service. Great company.
Always responsive and easy to deal with. The maintenance program is a great offering.
