I received a call from their office to see if we would like to move our appointment up, as there was a cancellation. I agreed, they sent an email with the technician photo and name so I knew who was coming to my home. James arrived within 20 minutes and set to work. I recently had Titan Heating & AC install a new air conditioning unit in my home and they provided excellent service. The team was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and they completed the installation in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
This company knows how to run service. They are very professional. They keep you informed. They take pictures of what they do and fix. James and his team we're both great technicians and knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional and very capable. I will not use any other company for my air or heating needs. These guys are legit. Thank you for getting my air conditioner up and running on your first visit in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this company.
The circuit board in my furnace melted and would be very expensive to replace. I received several estimates, all lower than my initial estimate to repair or replace. Titan Heating & Air Conditioning offered an affordable option and knocked it out of the park when they began installation of my furnace in an hour! I have never received such amazing service.
They were very professional they explain the job they did a great job it was just exactly what they said they were going to do I will definitely recommend them again. Can’t complain about the price everything‘s going up and they were right on point with every everybody else and I love the fact that they offered me a made in the USA product thank you for the good work .
