Job was done, but the technician was really not professional. The system was down, and this guy spent 15 minutes cleaning a sensor and tried to charge $175. He had missucomunication about charging. The technician was so angry when he didn't know that I would have a discount, so it looks like this company is overcharging when you are receiving a discount by the phone. Be careful

This HVAC Contractor are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Customer service and the tech team both were great! Very caring, skillful and knowledgeable. We scheduled the appointment and they came right on time, recognized and solved the problem pretty quickly. I was amazed to be honest. All the best wishes and totally deserved 5 stars.

Amazing time with these Experts when I needed my air conditioner replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They explained the differences between the various types of air conditioners and helped me choose the best one for my needs. The installation process was quick and painless, and my new air conditioner is now keeping my home cool and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Titan Heating & Air Conditioning.

Air conditioner broke in the morning. Called them as a new customer and they came out within 4 hours. Technician was in time, professional and fixed the problem for a VERY GOOD PRICE!! Highly recommend. I will continue to use them even though they are not contracted with my warranty. Thank you y’all!!
