This company does great work. After a recent inspection, the AC didn’t appear to be working. I gave them a call and they immediately sent someone out. They discovered the problem very quickly and resolved it. The problem by the way was a fluke… An old breaker that wasn’t making contact very well. It was no fault of the technician, and the company was very responsive to get it up and running.

Our sunroom P-TAC unit gave up the ghost late last year. We called another company to come out and provide an estimate for a new unit. They took measurements and said they would get back to us...and then didn't. They completely ghosted us which led us to Titan. Titan responded very quickly, got us an estimate, and then made the replacement. Communication was a bit spotty - estimate scheduled for Thursday between 8 and 11am but tech changed to Wednesday afternoon at 5pm.
