Service was exceptional! We noticed our heat went out on a cold, winter, Monday evening and they fit us in on a Tuesday by lunch! Not only did we get fast service, but since a technician called in sick that day, the owner came out himself and repaired our unit. He was thorough, kind, educational & trustworthy. Our family will definitely call this company again for any issues that arise and most likely will call in spring and get set up on a service contract!

I had a new thermostat installed. The technician brought a new one for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted. He installed it and checked the operation. Everything worked great he was very nice and professional.

Drip pan in the attic was not properly draining outside and overflowing into the backup drain into the garage. Purchased the maintenance plan and the tech came out, found the problem, unclogged the main drain and insulated the cooling line coming into the attic and vacuumed out the excess water. Service call covered under maintenance plan. Always fast, friendly, professional, reliable and affordable.
