My husband and I purchased a countertop and backsplash from Granite World.� Unfortunately, countertop had been damaged on it s corner at Granite World facility and they attempted an epoxy repair to that corner (without our knowledge) which was an unsightly and obvious repair.� In their attempt, they had actually ground down the damaged corner to such a degree that the cabinet beneath was visible.� After multiple attempts to resolve issue with the owner of GW via phone calls and written correspondence, we have had no resoluti... read more
I had great experience with Granite World. I recently bought granite counters for my kitchen and I was so impressed by the product and service that I went ahead and had Granite World give me a new shower with some marble and quartz tiles. Its amazing how much nicer my house looks now with the beautiful granite counters and my amazing shower. I would recommend Granite World if youre looking to upgrade the look of your home.
this is a bad company, especially the service is very bad. just be careful to deal with them, you may be fooled
Once they have your money, be prepared to wait on installation. My installation is still NOT complete. The installation scheduler tells you he will call you back (NEVER HAPPENED!!!!). I have a 40inch piece of backsplash that I was told was cut and ready for installation. I scheduled the installation and no one showed up. I called back to complain and was told they would call me back to re-schedule (AGAIN DID NOT HAPPEN). Countertops look great but NOT worth the hassle!!!!!!!!!
I had a wonderful experience with this company! We did not think that we could afford granite in our kitchen but saw the ad on craiglist for this place and gave it a try. We were hesitant, as too good of a deal is usually not truly a "good deal" in one way or another. The granite was beautiful, they came to install it right away. The final price was way way way cheaper then the price of Home Depot or Lowes, (after discounts). Super friendly people too!
