Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They will rip you off and charge you full price for GPS units that dont work. When you create a service ticket, they call the wrong people and dont even call the person their instructed to call. They give poor excuses that they have sent out emails about the 3g service cutting out, but they still dont tell you how they are going to fix your gps service? thats bull because I still haven't found an email that confirms what they say. Ordered 8 GPS trackers for equipment that we purchased. Sold the equipment within a couple weeks and did not end up needing the GPS trackers. Titan would not let us return the unopened equipment or cancel our contract. Be sure you need the equipment prior to ordering as they WILL NOT let you cancel the contract or return unused equipment.
