From start to finish David did superb work. He explained everything about Titan sheds. He explained the steps of purchasing a Titan shed. He said he was always available which he was, even after I purchased the shed. When I had a question, I was able to phone David. He always answered my questions. He always helped me. I was very appreciative and thankful for what he did did for me. His dedication is truly impressive.
Easy to deal with no pressure to buy
I have had a very good experience with the purchase of my new Titan Shed. David was extremely helpful and he spent a lot of time getting into my head to find out what I really needed/wanted. Because the site needed some works, he visited it three times to confirm what height the new shed should be to bring it to a standard so water would not enter the new shed in heavy down pours. David, Tina from Capalaba office and Titan head office are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly to talk to and they answer all my questions at anytime. I’m very happy with my shed and the installer team was very good, thank you Titan.
