Service was very responsive five stars. I felt the labor was reasonable but the price for the “extra heavy duty spring” was inflated although I needed it replaced. Kicker was the spring was only rated at 10,000 cycles, what i would consider standard duty at best.
Paul from Titan Garage Doors was so helpful. He got everything working and back up to shape.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Came when they said they would. Gerson was great and had everything back up and working. Have used them before and we are always happy with the experience,
The service tech was worth having him come out and fix our garage door opener, he was very polite and courteous.
