Amazing customer service
Titan Ford service department has got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My Ford Ranger that I purchased from them 4 years ago an over heating problem that they can’t fix. I have tried to ring the service manager on three occasions this week and not one call has been returned. This isn’t the first time I’ve have this problem. Basically the service is nonexistent.
