Had a great experience at Brookvale service centre on my Ford Everest. The staff were super obliging and the atmosphere in the service lounge was extremely friendly. I worked on my laptop from the centre most of the day while my car was in (I didn't have a booking but they fit me in). When my car was ready I was given a clear explanation on the queries I had when I dropped it off and told there was no charge and it was covered under warranty. Disappointing experience and dishonest dealer. They promised a full detail before handover, but the car wasn't even given a basic clean. I found an old snack and a medication pill left dirty under the seats, and pet hair all under the mats. To make matters worse, they flat-out lied and claimed the detailing service was completed when I questioned them. It is clear that their credibility and reputation as a business are cheaper than the cost of a detailing service.
Simon and James were so helpful with everything I needed they made this the smoothest and easiest experience ever and had amazing customer service, I will definitely be recommending people to go here!
Loved my experience purchasing from Simon at Titan Ford. The whole process was polite and respectful with no pressure and I felt very comfortable at every stage.
