Recently I was researching the service history of a car I was purchasing second hand. Although the car was being purchased privately and Titan had nothing to gain by helping me, they were happy to sit down and go through the whole service history of the vehicle, accessing their own records and those of Ford Australia. This helped me immensely in making an informed decision about the purchase. I am very grateful for the help offered by Titan Ford at Brookvale.
I had a great experience with Johnny Attalla, the new Ford Service Manager. I had an ongoing problem with my new van that had been frustrating to deal with, and Johnny stepped in, took the issue seriously and made sure it was finally resolved. His communication was excellent, he was professional, helpful and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for me. Titan Ford’s service and warranty support was great. The repair was a little slow, but Johny from the service department was extremely helpful and really made sure everything got sorted.
