Hot trash. There is a reason it is difficult to find their HQ page on google to leave a review. I spent almost 2 grand on equipment here, and was given a FedEx and UPS tracking number for it all. Turns out it was being delivered freight (no one told me this), the freight company only does curbside drop offs (no one told me this). The day of delivery their driver is calling me asking to meet him at a Walmart, and load each piece of equipment into my car to drive it home?? I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a bench for Titan Fitness. I bought the wall mount rack from Titan Fitness to save space. THE BENCH DOES NOT FIT THE WALL MOUNT! Here is the best part, they want ME to pay them to return their inferior/unusable product! The incompetence and absolute dumb Titan Fitness has presented is that of a pre-adolescent child. My 7 year old is far more intelligent. I am selling my Titan bench and trashing the mount just so I do not own a piece of their equipment. Thanks Meia (Titan employee).
Terrible customer service! Took 1 month to answer a question of mine and now the item is no longer on sale!
I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their customer service twice and it has been terrible. The product is right on part with the cost, but it still may not be worth the savings. I ordered and paid for equipment 6 months ago and still have not received the order with no date. The product has been listed in stock for months now and the best answer I get is to feel free to cancel my order. That should be illegal, selling something you don't have.
*This review is strictly based on Customer Service* I ordered an item less than 48 hours before I received an email with a sale price. I thought "no big deal, I'll call them and cancel the order or they will honor the sale price and refund the difference". Nope, I have to return the item, with a restocking fee, then reorder the same product at the sale price. First time doing business with Titan Fitness, quite possibly the first and last unfortunately.
