I recently joined this gym after moving to Coogee, and it's been such a great experience. The reception girls are always so friendly, welcoming, and fun they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The gym itself has excellent equipment with everything you need for a great workout, it's always clean and well maintained. I'm really happy I chose this gym and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and well-equipped place to train.

The gym has fantastic equipment, and I love working out while watching the sunset through the windows. I also had a personalised training program made for me so i’m motivated to enjoy the gym again. There’s plenty of new, high-quality equipment to use, and the 20% member discount at the café next door is the cherry on top!
