I had three phases of fence and custom gate installed by Titan Fence Company. Their customer service is terrible and you have to chase with phone, email, and text for one to two months to get any response. I was going to complete my last section of fence install by Titan but found my gate, made and installed by them less than a year ago, to be failing because fence posts were starting to lean and stopped the gate from unlatching to be opened needed to push back the post to open.
