Excellent experience making my delivery. Walter, my on site contact, was extremely accommodating and helped me unload the freight. It was highly appreciated.
Titan direct factory was the last place I went to and it was immediately a certitude for me when I met Walter Lucas that it was the place for me to order my house. We found exactly the house I wanted and Walter helped me to do all the changes I wanted. He was there for every steps. The timing was completely respected and the result is beautiful. Best and unstressed experience I had with the business of building.
Walter Lucas is a pleasure to work with answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy. Great place and people!
Update: The entire roof had to be replaced within the first year after purchase, not covered by warranty. Cheapest shingles and bad workmanship led to wind blowing the shingles off a huge section. - I purchased a home from Titan, horrible experience. Bad communication before we paid, almost non-existent after. More than 10 repair visits later and we still have issues not fixed. Save yourself the time and trouble and buy somewhere (anywhere) else.
As this rating may change in the future but as of now it stays a one star. My Daughter and Son-in-law ordered a home in March, there have been many mistakes made with the order. First, it never got sent in when ordered and then parts of the order was wrong and had to be redone. Winston Factory actually did catch the mistakes. The home has been rescheduled for delivery multiple times and the home was delivered to their lot and has been sitting on their lot for over a month now!
