We paid cash for a home and set up. The home has been on our property for over a month however there crew has only showed up two days and did very little work. When we contact Ben he always says next week. If I had it to do over there is no way I would buy here. As of today I will be filling complaints with the bbb and the state. Buyer beware. We have a '96 model home. I was working through a refresh in the den today and noticed the wallboard was soft around the porch window. I got my husband to come take a look at it. He's got to replace the wallboard tomorrow because there's no insulation in the exterior walls. Also, we just replaced the casing around the marriage wall beam in the mbdrm and found no insulation there either - hence, we will move on thru the house as they are falling away from the ceiling as well. I was working with Adam, at first he was very responsive. As time, weeks, and months went on, he became less and less responsive. Often times, I was having to reach out to see where I was in the process. Also, he has refused to communicate with refunding my money. If I could put less than a star, I would.
Blake has been so helpful. She has gone out of her way by leaps and bounds to ensure that we are happy with our home. We have not experienced any problems with purchase, finance or construction of our new home through Titan.
