I went to Titan Homes in Chandler wanting to learn about modular homes. Matthew Lavigna was happy to not only educate me, but to take me into each of the lot models (it was 90 degrees that day!) to show me the various sizes and features. He kindly spent 2 hrs with me, clear that I was not prepared to buy, but knowing that when I was ready, he was making a future customer out of me! Adam is hands down your man!! He has gone above and beyond, from staying late just to call and go over things on MY schedule to putting up with us changing our minds fifty-eleven times it seems. He has been absolutely nothing but patient, understanding, and even caring! This is not a process that I ever want to have to go through again, but if I do..... I'm calling Adam!! And for first timers, he's the best at stepping you through the process.
I have never bought from Titan and hope that i never have to. I am willing to give anyone an opportunity but they lied to my face. We had a new home set down below.my house. They hired a person to.come trench to the electric box. They left a mess. I called titan to discuss the matter and they lied to me and called that person. I would.never recommend them for.any other job . I will tell everyone what a joke they are
