Can you tell us why you would not recommend us and what we can do to improve please?
After ordering a full engine rebuild kit, I have been through 3 sets of rings, none of which were the correct ones. On further inspection I found that they had sent low compression turbo pistons rather than the higher compression NA pistons that I had ordered and noted that I needed on the payment instructions. Now they wont send me an rma to send the incorrect product back....Wish I could rate lower than 1 star
I bought a motor from Titan for my Jeep Cherokee and other than a little hiccup in the shipping process I can't complain. Great customer service. That motor has about 19000 miles on it now, it is a runnin son b***h. Great company to buy from. Highly recommended

I just found me a new dealer. The staff here is awsome and more than willing to answer anything. Shipping is fast and bc of my error I found out that the return Department is good as well. I want to again thanI everyone that helped this ole boy out of a jam. I will be back for more parts.
