They ripped me off of almost 2,000 on a wheel tire package. Been over 2 years, never answer the phone or return calls or emails .total scam. would love to meet them in person!!!
Where is my refund? I ordered my exhaust from you in July and was told it was on back order and I understood that. I’ve sent Multiple emails since and strangely my email address has been blocked by you. You don’t answer your phone or return voicemails. I received an email yesterday 11/10/2024 saying that my ordered had been canceled. When I responded to it my email was blocked. Where is my refund???
do not order from this company. I ordered new exhaust 3 months ago, was told it would take 8 weeks. I have called and emailed multiple times. so far no response. the BBB has them rated as an F.
10/10 would highly recommend, I was looking for a discontinued arai helmet that was hard to find when they had a contact at the Arai distributor that was able to find one last helmet. Very communicative and helpful, resourceful and timely too!
