We paid a deposit for a bathroom renovation and were told the crew would arrive at 8 a.m. They showed up three hours late, broke a tile while removing the old shower, and left the site a mess. Their supervisor said the damage was “minor” and refused to cover the repair costs, leaving us with an unfinished project and no resolution.
I am very impressed with the installation of my new roof. If I could give Titan Contracting a 10 rating, I would. They were professional, and relational from the first meeting making it easy to go through this process knowing it would be well done. Kudos to Patrick, Daniel and the crew. I am pleased to have the opportunity to let others know this contractor has integrity, knowledge, professionalism and problem-solving capabilities to bring to any project they commit to. Loved Titan Construction! From start to finish the whole team was incredibly responsive. My husband and I closed in a previously existing, screened in porch with windows, insulation new flooring, and a mini split. Although there was a few delays due to supply chain issues, Titan was always on top of things and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! Thank you to Patrick and Daniel for all of your professionalism, and a beautiful finished product! I would highly recommend TITAN! .
