Brandon and Jordan are exceptional. They were professional, timely, and friendly. Brandon called me the same day that I submitted my work request through ProReferral. He was very flexible about arranging a time to stop by and provide an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. We found Brandon through Home Depot's referral program, and I'm so happy we did. He was the first person to reach out and when he came by to look at the job, he knew exactly what we wanted and explained how he would do it. He was early each day, cleaned up after himself and explained each step. He was a pleasure to work with and his attention to detail was much appreciated. We will definitely use him in the future.
After many quotes from contractors I chose Brandon and his team at Titan construction and I’m happy to say I made the right choice. They were very responsive when I had questions or concerns about the installation they took the time to answer emails and phone calls which were important to me. The installation of a new drywall ceiling in my 20x24 family room looks great and was performed in a timely manner. Had Brandon install a grab bar in my bathroom tub - shower. He was on-time for the appt. and completed the installation and clean up as the professional he represents himself to be. I also asked him about a permanent glass shower door installation and he said that he will email it to me. I do not hesitate recommending him to any one needing construction / installation at their home. I must also point out that Brandon is a very personable guy.
Had a small job and needed some help. Found Brandon on Angie. Filled out the form on a Friday evening, and he called the next morning. Scheduled for Monday! They confirmed at 11:30 AM Monday, and arrived before noon. As I said, a small job, and they fixed the problem in an hour. Terrific people. Look forward to using them again.
