I'm very happy to finally have my new roof installed. Any issues that I had were taken care of by Trevor, he is very professional and will take care of any issues that you may have. He is an asset to the company, I highly recommend!
Our roof was replaced without problems, unless you count the sheet of shingles that blew off several months after it was finished, or the nail that went into my husband’s foot while he was working in the backyard, or the flat tires we had from running over small nails in the driveway, or the dozens of small red caps scattered all over landscaping in the front of the house, or the dozen nails we picked up ourselves after asking someone to come back out with a magnet, or the damage that was done to the shrubs in the front of o... read more
I was very worried about putting in my insurance claim on my roof due to a bad experience with a claims adjuster in the past. Dylan from Titan came and stood by me through the process and got me through it. Titan also found a problem that 2 other roofers missed and didn't fix. Two other roofers gave me roofs without fixing broken trusses! Clemente Gonzalez did such great work in my attic to fix the trusses I had to take pictures to show friends. All in all I would definitely call them again and I highly recommend them.
Absolutely worst roofing company ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing! Workers showed up around 10am, did not complete one building and started tearing off the second roof, Didn't show up for two days after. So much water damage has been done that it will take at least a week to dry out let alone begin having all the drywall and electrical fixed where water was pouring in. The foreman refused to respond to text or calls after being a no-show for a meeting. Work crew left nails out everywhere, blocked our parking lot ... read more
