Stay away from this company. They delivered a chair that doesn’t function properly and have played games for 9 days, 18 emails, 2 phone calls and multiple people discussing the issue and no results. They want me to repair the chair for them when they should replace this item seeing I’ve never been able to use it. Has missing parts, broken parts and torn material. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. @Costco @Homedepot should cease business relations with them immediately
I would avoid like the plague, unless you want to throw away $3,000. Purchased a chair through this company. The chair was broken within fifteen minutes of being set up. Called customer service---who was SO rude by the way--and after arguing with her she agreed to have a tech out to fix it. Shockingly (ha!) that did not happen. Now they are saying they have no record of my complaints or of the chair being reported broken even though I have call logs (starting on the day of delivery), emails, as well as chat on their website.... read more
