I do purchasing for my company & ordered some chains & bungies for our forklift. I was leery of the website because there are so many scams out there, but this site IS legit & trustworthy! I sent my order via email & was replied to within the day. We received a wrong size bungie for the chains we ordered, but no worries - their customer service is amazing & they corrected the issue asap! Their office manager is so nice & helpful.
