In February 2025 we bought a new Titan Ranger from Titan at Burpengary.The salesman was helpful but very unreliable in his communication with us ,we constantly had to contact him to find out the progress on the Ranger.The handover was very basic and rushed . It was not cleaned inside or out.Upon setting up at home we found that the front and rear roof sections under bed flys was bubbled and paint flacking off. We picked up our Blackhawk 595 last December and we absolutely love it. We spent four weeks in Northern New South Wales and copped the brunt of Alfred’s Wrath. The van held steady and we were safe as houses. Certainly a van that has been built for Australian conditions. We do have some warranty issues. However, this is a bit of a slow process to attend to partly due to us living almost 3 hours away from the depot at Burpengary.
