We recently had our main hall bathroom converted into a walk-in shower, and are extremely pleased with the final result. We had a cast iron tub with tile all around, and wanted something safer so the reason we decided on converting it to a walk-in shower. Factory Rep was very courteous and professional. More importantly, the estimate was on point. The installers conducted themselves in a very polite and professional manner. Completed tasks in a timely and prompt fashion. Job site was kept very clean & organized. Finished product is great. The door for the toilet entrance did not exist prior to the project. This review is a year after the initial installation. We really enjoy the look of the manufactured stone product and it is easy to clean. Titan Bathworks sales rep did a great job explaining the product and quality of the product and provided guidance in our ideas for how we wanted to remodeled shower to look. The installer, John, is an amazing craftsman who was kind, trustworthy, and exceptionally respectful of our property.
