My car was in this shop for over 2 months. no one from the shop ever reached out to me about updates with my car unless I called several times. Shop was not forthcoming with information. Mike & Eric were the best to talk to whatever you wanted to hear they had the answer to make you feel secure & happy. Unfortunately they did not provide quality professional repair or service. My insurance company paid them in full for repairs prior to any work being done without my knowledge, Titan kept my car for 3 months with one excues after the other, I went in to pick up my car and it looked horrible, the repair was bad, the paint looked terrible with scratches, runs, orange peel texture, I told Eric How upset I was... read more
