Nice facility and good group of people
Great facility with an excellent staff and community. My son went for his first ever BJJ class tonight and everyone was very attentive, helpful and informative...He had a very positive experience and we are excited for him to continue!
Had a guy rip a leg lock on me, very uncontrolled and also got threatened before the start of a boxing class by god knows who, some dude, because he saw I had a Muay Thai stance. Got right up in my face in front of Tracey and started talking about what he was going to do if he caught an elbow. I had been there less than a week. It didn’t take me long to realize this wasn’t a good fit. Some good training partners but for real, don’t do that to people you don’t know. Joking or not.
