It was a first for me to have a company, represented by Steve, come to my property and tell me I have to sign a contract before they would even consider the job. That is a huge red flag. I asked for a quote and was told that would be a waste of their time and they would not do it as it was an insurance claim. I am expanding the original claim with an addition to the property.
