It was a first for me to have a company, represented by Steve, come to my property and tell me I have to sign a contract before they would even consider the job. That is a huge red flag. We had hail damage from the November 2020 storm on our new home’s roofing and siding. Titan services came out the week I contacted them and got the ball rolling with our insurance asap. I didn’t have to worry about anything as it went smoothly. As soon as the weather was warm enough, Steve had his team at our house working on the roof, siding and gutters.
